As a non-profit organization serving women, you can bring this experience to your community at no cost. Each month, I select one non-profit to receive a free, on-site workshop tailored to the women I serve.

About Illumé GLOW Workshops
At Illumé GLOW Workshops, I’m passionate about helping women rediscover their worth and embrace the reflection of God’s artistry within them. These transformational workshops are designed to empower women with confidence and courage, reminding them that they are seen, loved, and created with divine purpose. With a heart-centered focus on spirit, soul, and body, I create a safe, uplifting space where women can heal, grow, and step into their true identity.
What I Offer
Each of my free, pro-bono workshops is specially designed for non-profits serving women and includes:

Application Guidelines for Illumé GLOW Workshops
Thank you for your interest in Illumé GLOW Workshops. My mission is to empower women through Color, Shape, and Style workshops, helping them embrace their authentic beauty with confidence and courage. Each month, I select a non-profit organization to receive a free, on-site workshop for the women they serve.
To ensure a meaningful and impactful experience, please review the following eligibility guidelines before applying:
Eligibility Requirements:
✅ Must be a Non-Profit – Your organization must be a registered non-profit that directly serves and supports women.
✅ Women-Focused – Illume' GLOW workshops are designed exclusively for women—born and living as women—who want to embrace their next chapter with confidence, authenticity, and style.
✅ Participants Must Be 18+ – Due to the nature of the content, all attendees must be 18 years or older.
✅ Group Size – Workshops are limited to 6- 12 women per session to allow for personalized attention and engagement.
✅ Workshop Length & Time Slots – Sessions are half-day workshops requiring a 4-hour time slot. Workshops can be scheduled during the following times:

Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
✅ Geographic Boundary – Workshops are available to non-profits located within the Greater Cincy-Dayton area. If you are outside this area, please contact us before applying to discuss possible exceptions.
✅ Location Requirements – Your organization must provide a safe, private space to host the workshop. The location should include:

Table and Chair Seating for all participants

Adequate lighting and a comfortable learning environment
-
A TV screen or large monitor with an HDMI connection for visuals and presentations
✅ Participant Release Forms—Before the workshop, all attendees must complete an online release form. Your organization will provide a link to the form and be responsible for ensuring that all participants submit it prior to the event.
Application & Selection Process
📅 Application Deadline – Applications are due by the 15th of each month.
📢 Selection Notification – The selected organization will be notified by the 20th of the month
📌 Workshop Scheduling – If selected, your workshop will be scheduled at least 60 days out (i.e., not for the following month, but the month after). This allows ample time for preparation and coordination.
✅ Confirmation Required – Your organization must confirm participation within 3 days to secure your workshop date.
💡 Waitlist Option – If your organization is not selected this month, you can choose to be placed on our waitlist for future opportunities.
Follow-Up & Impact
🌟 Share Your Experience – After the workshop, we kindly ask for a short testimonial or review to help us continue serving and inspiring more women. Your insights help us refine and grow this initiative!
📆 Reapplying – Organizations that have already received a workshop may reapply after 12 months to allow new groups to participate.
